Meeting Schedule and Minutes

For the 2022/2023 academic year, MSA Council meetings will generally take place on the first Monday of every month, save for a few variations. All meetings will take place from over Zoom unless otherwise specified. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated via e-mail at least 24 hours in advance. Attendance policy as outlined in the MSA constitution will be enforced at council meetings. 

The MSA prides itself on transparency and openness and therefore MSA Council Meeting Minutes are posted within 7 days of the meeting. If you would like to view a non-confidential supplemental item that was not attached to the agenda/minutes please email msavpadm@ualberta.ca for a copy.
