MedFit

MedFit brings together medical students to engage in physical activity, whether that be weightlifting, running, or yoga. Our mission is to promote student wellness, fitness and social connections through physical activity. We hope to incorporate regular exercise into medical students' busy schedules. This club will focus on hosting group fitness classes, including but not limited to HIIT, running groups, boxing workouts, and spin classes! Fostering an inclusive and social environment will allow students to reap the rewards of both physical activity and social connection during their time at U of A!
