Our Mission:
To foster meaningful interprofessional collaboration among healthcare students by increasing understanding of diverse roles, promoting mutual respect, and creating a supportive environment for learning and networking. We aim to prepare students for successful team-based care by enhancing their skills in communication, collaboration, and evidence-based practices.

Understand the unique contributions of each team member in patient care, including their scope of practice and when to refer/consult.
Identify Barriers to Effective Collaboration
Explore common challenges in interdisciplinary work, such as communication issues or conflicting professional boundaries, and discuss strategies to overcome them.
Integrate Other Professionals into Undergraduate Medical Education
Learn how to effectively incorporate the expertise of other healthcare professionals in care plans and clinical teaching.
Enhance Communication Skills for Interprofessional Collaboration
Develop strategies for working in multidisciplinary teams and organizations, including how to reach out to other professionals for advice, guidance, or collaboration.
Advocate for Interdisciplinary Education
Learn how to promote and integrate interdisciplinary learning into your educational journey and future practice as a healthcare professional.
