The Terms of Reference (ToR) document outlines the ways in which members of the CMVF3C agree to work together to accomplish the objectives envisioned and defined by members. The ToR also delineates the groups’ shared expectations, roles, and responsibilities and serves as the Standard Operating Procedure for the CMVF3C.
