Log into the CIL portal here: https://apps.srv.ualberta.ca/uai/cil/student
Select CIL Orientation.
Under Previous Orientations, click on Attended next to the academic year that coincides with when you completed the Orientation.
If you click on the date link, this action will not submit your claim.
In the Correspondence box, add a message that says you completed the Orientation and when, i.e. “I completed the Orientation on (month, date, year).”
Click "Send".
