If you’re not going to be at school one day make sure you communicate with the team and see what you can do from home
Work should be split evenly amongst group members
No group member should be belittled or berated for concepts or ideas. However, constructive criticism is always welcome.
Group members should have regular communication with each other to discuss the current state of the project and any future changes or additions that need to be made.
Make sure to create a schedule ahead of time that leaves room any unseen situations
All group members should look in the engineering notebook for all of the updates and what the next steps are for the project
Tell Julio whatever to be done/finished during his period and he’ll try his best to finish up.
All project contributions should be properly documented
Documentation should be organized
Communicate with the group on what tasks have been completed and which still need to be worked on
Try to complete tasks by their deadline
All group members will be equally responsible and have equal say on the project. There will be no singular group leader.
If for whatever reason there needs to be one. It must be a unanimous decision amongst all group members as to who it is.
It is up to group members to hold each other accountable
Group members should be professional towards each other
Group members should respect each other
Research the validity of concept ideas and the logistics of implementing them
