Deep Breathing to Calm the Mind
When you start to feel angry, upset, frustrated or worried take 3 deep breaths. Taking slow deep breaths calms your heart, brain and body.
Take a slow deep breathe in through your nose, then breathe out slowly through your mouth.
Activity: Practice some deep breathing by following along in the videos.
Topic: Hygiene
Be sure to stop the spread of germs!!
Wash your hands many times during the day, like after you go to the washroom and before and after you eat.
Click on the video to learn about how germs spread and what you can do about it.
Activity: Watch making germs video and try doing the science experiment at home.
