Whether you're planning on attending college, joining the military, or entering the workforce after high school, there are steps you will take during your high school career to be prepared for your path. A graduation plan is designed to ensure you're on track for graduation and future success. 

After you review the resources below, each student is expected to complete the Graduation Plan form.
