What is NCAA?
The NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) is the organization that oversees college sports in the U.S. It sets the rules for student-athlete eligibility, scholarships, and competition. If you want to play sports in college, especially at Division I or II schools, you’ll need to meet NCAA academic and athletic requirements.
TRECA is an NCAA-approved online public school. It is important for students who plan to play college sports to communicate with their school counselor early. This helps ensure they are enrolled NCAA-approved core courses and remain eligible to participate in college athletics.
