Cwmbach Male Choir
Cwmbach Male Choir
24th October 2026 at St Lawrence Church - Towcester
WHAT A NIGHT! - Wales came to Towcester. The world famous CWMBACH MALE CHOIR under the musical direction of Rhian Grundy-Lewis, gave a fantastic performance to a capacity audience at St Lawrence Church in the presence of Roger Butler, the High Sheriff of Northamptonshire, Sarah Bool MP and Maggie Clubbley, Towcester's Mayor.
The evening was full of Welsh favourites demonstrating the art of Welsh choral traditions, plus a few of well known songs from the modern era.
The evening was supported by 3 talented musicians from Sponne School, who clearly demonstrated the high level of musical performance which this Towcester school is famous for.
A big THANK YOU to all those who supported this event. If you missed it, then you will have to wait until 2028 when the Rotary Club of Towcester will once again welcome a bit of Wales to the Town.
