童聲合唱團

Thousand Oaks Chinese School Children's Choir

• Who: Grades 4–8 (no prior experience required)

• When: Saturday at 8:30 AM (follows the TOCS academic calendar)

• What: Vocal training, musicianship, pinyin reading, and learning traditional & popular Chinese choral pieces.

• Performances: 3–4 events per year (including Chinese New Year & community outreach).

• Director: Dr. Dana Howell (PhD, UCLA; Instrumental Music Director at Highland Hall Waldorf School).

• 對象： 4–8年級學生（無經驗可，歡迎變聲後能對準音高之男童）

• 時間： 每週六上午8:30（配合中文學校上課日）

• 內容： 發聲訓練、視唱練耳、拼音識譜，演唱中文傳統與流行合唱歌曲

• 演出： 每學年約3–4場（含新年晚會及社區公益演出）

• 師資： Dana Howell 博士（加州大學洛杉磯分校 UCLA 作曲博士，現任 Highland Hall 華德福學校音樂總監）
