The Indianapolis Teaching Fellows team is here to make sure that this program is well-rounded, rigorous, and full of joy. Our staff members work together to execute two primary goals: 

(1) a positive fellow experience that fosters encouragement, builds community, and helps you care for yourself as an educator

(2) strong performance that reflects your growth and confidence in critical teaching skills.
