Meet Your Recruitment Manager
Our Manager of Recruitment and Cultivation will serve as your guide to ITF onboarding, the enrollment process, and preparation for the first day of Pre-Service Training (PST). Each fellow will participate in a 45-minute meeting with the manager. We call it a "welcome call," but this introductory meeting is conducted live via Zoom, so please prepare to join on-camera, ideally using a computer or laptop.
The enrollment process can feel overwhelming if you take it on before hearing your onboarding plan. During the welcome call, you can expect:
to be welcomed to the ITF family
to gain a high-level understanding of the program expectations
an in-depth overview of the enrollment tasks (and the "why" behind them)
to be heard. The transition to education isn't easy, and we are responsive to the needs of our enrollees. Please prepare a list of questions or concerns.
After the initial meeting, feel free to schedule office hours if you need to check in with the manager.
