why ITF?
Established in 2007, Indianapolis Teaching Fellows has implemented a local mission and vision responsive to the unique needs of students in Indianapolis. It is our hope to cultivate life-long, career educators who are culturally responsive and understand how to build strong relationships with the students in their classrooms.
Fellows will develop through a culture of practice, feedback and self-reflection, normalizing constant learning and continuous improvement. Because of this, our program emphasizes expert coaching from dedicated educators who help encourage and shape the development of our future teachers.
