In the context of "Global Climate Change", increasing temperatures during flowering and fruit / seed set is anticipated to affect crop growth and yield. In this context, me and my collaborators are interested in the elucidation of "Heat Responsive Gene Regulatory Networks" i.e., Identification of Genes and Establishment of "Regulatory Gene Networks" contributing to "Heat tolerance" at the time of "Flowering and Fertilization" in heat tolerant rice varieties (Oryza sativa).
