A:I would definitely consider either moving the magnesium to a different time of day or switching to another version. We did a survey a few years back, and magnesium citrate seems to help some people sleep really well, while it tends to wake up some other people more, and these people find that magnesium glycinate helps them sleep better. But then there are other people who find that magnesium glycinate makes them anxious and they can't sleep. So, that might be another option: just switching the type of magnesium that you take.
As for the progesterone topical cream, I don't know if there are progesterone creams that you can get over the counter in Australia, but I'm sure you can get them from a pharmacy, especially a compounding pharmacy, and by a prescription from a doctor. That's what I would consider doing.
