A: I'm so sorry to hear you are feeling this way. I definitely do not want any of our participants to feel exhausted while doing the program. Here are some ideas that may help you successfully navigate the Adrenal Transformation Program:
Supplements - Taking your supplements along with a daily habit (like brushing your teeth) can help you remember to take them each day. I encourage you to watch the "How To Remember To Take Your Supplements" video, which you can find in the Videos tab of the portal, for more information on how to set your supplement routine up for success.
Workbooks - if you are able to set aside 15 minutes at the same time every day, use that time to focus on the daily workbook activities. If any of the exercises are too intense, or if you aren't able to complete certain exercises on a given day, I would recommend just focusing on the daily gratitude section.
Meals - A bit of meal prep goes a long way. Meal prep can be as simple as doubling your recipes to make extra meals that you can freeze and save for later. We have a guide on Meal Prep with some additional ideas, which can be found in the portal, under the Handouts tab. If you have a slow cooker, you could also try the slow cooker recipes in this program (found in the Recipes tab of the portal). That way, you can set your slow cooker up, then forget all about it until it’s ready for you in the evening.
