A: By following the strategies outlined in this program, we are working to balance our adrenals, which in turn may help reduce symptoms of fatigue.
That said, some people who have adrenal dysfunction, are on a grain-free diet, and have thyroid issues, may actually have a subclinical thiamine deficiency - so one thing to consider is supplementing with thiamine (600 mg per day). If thiamine is what’s missing, you should start seeing a difference in your energy levels within 3 to 5 days. (Read more about thiamine in the Fatigue chapter of the Specific Symptom Solutions Guide, found in the Handouts tab of the portal.)
I also want to add that copper toxicity can potentially cause fatigue. If this resonates with you, you can test for copper toxicity through a chelated, or a provoked, urine test, such as the Comprehensive Urine Elements test from Genova, which you can find via my Direct Labs Portal.
