A: One of the things to look into would be the magnesium citrate, which can have a bowel moving effect. Therefore, I would consider stopping that if that's what you're taking.
One of the things I recommend to people when they have diarrhea is S. boulardii, which can be helpful with stabilizing that. Allso, taking activated charcoal or another binder, but not every day, can be helpful for that. I would also recommend doing a GI-MAP test to see if you have some infectious organisms that are leading you to have diarrhea.
The other thing I might recommend is doing a food sensitivity test, like the Alletess panel, to create a safe list of foods for you. Some people with IBS may react to things like raw lettuce or blueberries, which are foods that the average person would not react to, but many people with IBS do.
