A: I think I’ve had a lot of people taking it long term and doing really well on it. One of the things that some people do recommend is probiotic rotation. That can be helpful too, kind of repopulating your gut with diverse probiotics. Some people have adverse reactions with MegaSpore upon introducing it. Some people needed to take half a capsule every other day to introduce it slowly. I'm not sure if that might be what's going on. MegaSpore is going to be a beneficial probiotic, beneficial bacteria, and S. Boulardii is a beneficial yeast. They actually kind of work in synergy with one another, too.
