A: That is up to your preference. The main protein powder that is recommended by Dr. Wentz is AI Paleo Protein by Rootcology, which is beef-based. We also have it available vanilla-flavored, Paleo Protein - Vanilla. However, some may have a sensitivity to beef, or simply prefer vegan options, so we provided alternatives, as you can see on page 1 of the supplement guide. We do recommend pea protein as an alternative, but if some have a sensitivity to peas or legumes in general as well as issues with beef, they can opt for hemp protein powder. We just try to provide as many options as possible for everybody’s individual needs. If you don’t have any issues with beef, you may want to use AI Paleo Protein or Paleo Protein - Vanilla.
