A: Generally, for most, Adrenal Support would be the first one, because it contains adaptogens, vitamin C and the B complex. It may help a lot with sleep issues and insomnia, anxiety, overwhelm, and energy issues.
The next one would be Magnesium. It can help restore so many different levels of enzymes and co-factors in the body. It can help support better sleep, less cramping, regular bowel movements, better hormonal health, neuro-transmitters, and it also helps with headaches.
Next I would recommend electrolytes.
Of course, this is a general recommendation. I really recommend continuing the supplements that make the biggest difference for you. For example, if brain fog, muscle weakness and pain are the biggest issues for you, you may probably want to continue carnitine. If your digestive issues have been the biggest problem, then S. Boulardii is probably the one that you would want to continue. If you have pain and insomnia, magnesium is probably a good thing for that.
