A: I have listed them in the order of importance for the general person. Adrenal Support would be the first one, because it contains adaptogens and the B complex. It may help a lot with sleep issues and insomnia, anxiety, overwhelm, and energy issues. The next one would be Magnesium. It can help restore so many different levels of enzymes and co-factors in the body. It can help support better sleep, less cramping, regular bowel movements, better hormonal health, neuro-transmitters, and it also helps with headaches. If you wanted to opt out of the magnesium, you could utilize Epsom salt baths, which may be a bit more economical. Next I would recommend Saccharomyces boulardii. It helps to balance the effects of stress in the gut. So you're going to be less likely to have gut infections caused by protozoa, H. pylori, and mold because S. boulardii tends to clean out the gut naturally. However, you might need to do additional things. For example, if you live in a moldy home, or if you have a severe infection, S. boulardii is not going to clear every single infection by itself, but it can be very helpful as part of a healing protocol.
These are the top supplements that I would recommend for most people. However, if you have some specific conditions, you might find that perhaps myo-inositol, electrolytes, or carnitine may be more relevant for you. If you have brain fog and fatigue, carnitine is especially helpful for that. Myo-inositol is helpful if you have blood sugar issues, period issues, or PCOS. Electrolytes are incredibly helpful if you have issues with fatigue or muscle recovery, cramping, light-headedness, headaches, and dehydration.
