A: You may want to look into your ferritin levels, as low ferritin can lead to fatigue, adrenal dysfunction, and worsened symptoms of ADHD, and it’s common with Hashimoto's. So you can go to Ulta Lab and you can self-order a ferritin test or
you can get your practitioner to order that for you. Here’s my article on ferritin and iron.
The severity of ADHD is worse when you have low ferritin and low iron. So that might be something that you may wish to consider. The other strategies would be to support your brain function with lion's mane. I'm not aware of supplements that interfere with Adderall, but maybe you can space them out and check in with your pharmacist and/or psychiatrist to see if there are any interactions. I'm personally not aware of any interactions other than the one you mentioned.
