A: Generally, the ATP supplements are designed to offer therapeutic doses of nutrients, and we also utilize adaptogens and herbs, etc. So you're not going to see a ton of overlap in a prenatal vitamin or a multivitamin.
Prenatal vitamins are essentially multivitamins for women of childbearing age, and I think they're fantastic for most women to take whether or not you're pregnant or trying to get pregnant, but they can just cover your bases and provide the minimum amounts of
vitamins and minerals so that you don't have a huge deficiency. I will say some of the overlap you might see would be some B vitamins, vitamin C and electrolytes, including magnesium in your vitamins, but I don’t think you’ll risk to overdose with them.
If your multivitamin or prenatal vitamin already has a lot of selenium and you choose to take the Selenium + Myo-Inositol, you may want to pause it. The therapeutic doses of selenium are from 83 micrograms to 400 micrograms. You don't want to go above 600.
