Because of their relaxing effect we don't utilize them in the initial stages of the program, but when we dive deeper into solutions in week five, if you're still struggling with sleep, there are some supplements that can help with that. However, because both CBD and sleep supplements may make you more drowsy or too sleepy, they may also suppress respiratory function. I would not recommend using CBD with anything like melatonin, valerian hops, l-tryptophan, and kava. Again, these are not supplements we utilize as part of the main ATP program, but this is something that's going to be covered in week five with the advanced sleep strategies.
