A: It sounds like you're on one supplement. This program uses six different supplements, and one of them is adrenal-focused.
For a lot of people with adrenal dysfunction mitochondrial support is actually a really big needle mover. So, I've added carnitine, electrolytes with D-ribose, and magnesium, which are mitochondrial nutrients. Then I've also added Saccharomyces boulardii, which addresses some of the overgrowths and infections. A lot of times we might have mitochondrial dysfunction that leads to adrenal fatigue, and some professionals think that it's one in the same. That is often caused by mold or yeast overgrowth in your system, which could be part of what you're dealing with.
I used to use just one adrenal supplement in the past and that does help, but there's a lot more synergy when you do the six supplements that I recommend. When you also really focus on the lifestyle changes, you're going to see results very, very quickly. In my past experience using just adrenal supplements by themselves, people would take three, six months, sometimes a few years to really heal.
