A: This is a very individual thing, so it largely depends on the benefits that you feel your body is deriving from the supplements you are taking. It also goes back to the reason why you started taking a certain supplement. If the symptoms that led you to take it have disappeared, you may want to reduce and then eventually suspend it and see how your body responds. If you feel that the symptoms reappear after a while you may want to consider resuming it for as long as your body needs it. Listen to your body!
