A: Absolutely. The current list is:
8:00 am: natural desiccated thyroid
9:00 am: LDN
10:00 am: systemic enzymes
11:00 am: probiotics and Boulardii, OptiFerin, selenium and E with food and collagen
12:00 to 4:00 pm: Adrenal Support, B complex, methylfolate, biotin, chromium, liver support, K
3:00 to 7:00 pm: B12 with food, liver support, zinc, D3, chromium
11:00 PM: melatonin, magnesium citrate and myo-inositol
Let's talk about things to take early in the morning and things to take at night:
At 8:00 am, natural desiccated thyroid; I would keep it that way.
Then at bedtime, melatonin, magnesium, and myo-inositol you can perhaps add some of the chromium and D3 as well. And you can also take the probiotics at bedtime.
Ideally, the systemic enzymes need to be taken on an empty stomach. So, if you take them at 9:00 am and at that time you're on an empty stomach, it will continue working for you.
The rest of the things, including the OptiFerin, you could take in one scoop or in one swallow. The main thing is making sure that you take them four hours away from your thyroid medications, just because the iron can bind up some of that.
Everything else you could probably take in an afternoon dosage or a morning dosage.
