A: I often recommend using betaine with pepsin to support stomach acid levels. This is something that really brought me out of brain fog and fatigue with Hashimoto's, and can be incredibly helpful for you if you have low stomach acid.
Other things that can suppress stomach acid are stress, low thiamine, not having enough sea salt on board. Here is an article I wrote about betaine with pepsin and how I utilize that to support stomach acid levels.
