A: During this program, we focus on lifestyle changes, supplements, and really transformational work to get to the bottom of stress and anxiety. We work on rewiring your stress patterns.
You're going to find that eating in a way that balances blood sugar– with plenty of proteins and fat– is going to help you with anxiety.
Then in week three of the program, we're going to start taking supplements, including Adrenal Support, which contains adaptogens and B vitamins to help the body become more adapted to stress. We're also going to take magnesium, which helps with de-stressing and anxiety. And then we're also going to utilize myo-inositol, which can help with blood sugar balance, and S. boulardii, which can help with resilience to stress as well.
I have a Supplements Guide, located in the portal under the Supplements tab, that talks about the six key supplements that we utilize to rebalance stress and anxiety throughout the program. Then every day you're going to receive an email that will remind you of the different daily activities to help you reduce stress and find different ways to introduce some relief and safety signals into your life.
