A: I'm not sure if you have had any issues with riboflavin P5P (riboflavin 5 phosphate), the active version of riboflavin, which helps support the methylation pathway. And if you've had issues with the B6 version pyridoxal 5 phosphate. Generally, people do well with these and having the MTHFR gene mutation should not be an issue.
I know this is something that I have and many people with Hashimoto's have, and these ingredients do work well for them. However, if you find that you have issues with small amounts of the P5P or the riboflavin 5 phosphate, you can look into standalone adaptogens. You could look into just using vitamin C on its own. You can take ashwagandha on its own. You could take rhodiola on its own. You can utilize the licorice on its own.
We have a supplement called MTHFR Pathways that helps support methylation. But if you haven't tried the Adrenal Support, in general, most people tolerate it well. I don't believe that two copies of the MTHFR gene mutation and not being able to methylate would be contraindications for that.
