A: I would encourage you to work with a lactation consultant to support your milk production and then talk to your practitioner about any supplements before using them, just because they can pass in through the breast milk.
That said, most of the supplements except for the Adrenal Support are generally safe for breastfeeding moms. So, rather than using like an Adrenal Support blend that has a mixture of adaptogenic herbs and vitamins, you may wish to consider standalone adaptogens, such as holy basil, shatavari, reishi, rhodiola; these are more gentle, and you would start one at a time. Some of them, including holy basil and shatavari, may have galactagogue properties, which means they can increase milk supply. Magnesium is definitely something that most people can use safely.
Saccharomyces boulardii is also generally safe for nursing moms, as are myo-inositol, electrolytes, and carnitine. You may wish to utilize the "Tired Mommy Protocol" that I talk about. This is located in the Sleep Solutions section of the Specific Symptom Solutions Guide (in the portal under the Handouts tab). That includes getting lots of bright light in the morning, utilizing things like choline, omega 3s, and thiamine, which can help with brain function after sleep deprivation. Testing your B12 and ferritin levels can also be very, very helpful.
Again, please check with your doctor or midwife before using any supplements.
