A: I would look into whether or not you have H. pylori because that can be a trigger for Hashimoto's and for some of the symptoms that you described. A lot of times people get prescribed proton pump inhibitors for that reason.
Celebrex can be an issue. One of the things I typically recommend when people wean off PPIs is using Pepcid as a bridge therapy. I have a protocol to wean off PPIs that you may find helpful.
As for liposomal glutathione and acetylcholine or NAC, I don’t see a problem with them. If you've been doing well with them or your doctor recommends them, you can potentially continue using them. I would probably take glutathione or NAC, and then I like to use carnitine. In the program I have acetyl l-carnitine mixed with carnitine. You may find that helps with muscle recovery, fatigue, and some of the pain that you might be experiencing.
I see you're on some pain medications and blood pressure medications. You’ll want to avoid the Rootcology Adrenal Support powder, as it contains licorice, which can potentially increase blood pressure. You may want to utilize Pure Encapsulations Daily Stress Formula, which does not contain licorice. Alternatively, you could utilize standalone adaptogens you do well with.
