A: I'm really excited that you're in the Adrenal Transformation Program. One of the precursors for healing the gut is making sure that your stress response and your secretory IgA are at normal healthy levels. Many people with adrenal stress tend to have them at very low levels, and that makes them susceptible to infections, especially gut infections, and it can prevent them from naturally overcoming gut infections.
I have just created the Gut Recovery Program, which will have a similar format as the Adrenal Transformation Program. It's going to be a bit longer, though, as a longer time is necessary to walk you through healing your gut and figuring out which infections you might have. Optional gut testing will be part of the program, and I will also have a tracking system for people based on their symptoms. In that program, I will also include a video on how to interpret your own test results. However, for the purposes of this program, ATP, the tests I recommend include the GI-MAP test, and as an alternative the Gut Zoomer test, which is a very comprehensive test. You can self-order these two tests and more through my Rupa Health channel.
I also have articles on H. pylori and Blastocystis hominis. These are some of the more common infections that people have with Hashimoto's. The articles go over some protocols on how to address them, but of course, we're going to cover them much more in depth in the Gut Recovery Program.
