This whole program is based on building up your body. I do want to caution about utilizing exercise too much right now. Right now, we're trying to give your body an opportunity to rebuild. Some of the exercises can be a little bit too much for people in the early stages of rebuilding their adrenals.
I would focus on doing some yoga, walking, weight-bearing exercises for now, maybe lifting some weights. However, it is going to be something that when you do it, right after you're finished doing it, you should feel like you could do the whole exercise, the whole workout routine once more. That will give you a good idea that it’s an appropriate workout for you. If you're exhausted after your workout, and you feel like you need to lie down on the couch and stay there for the rest of your life, that means that it’s too much for you at this time. I like the Betty Rocker workouts. I think she has some great workouts that are a good place to start.
