A: I don't think it really makes sense for most people with Hashimoto's to start with testing the adrenals, because I've only seen a few people that didn't have adrenal issues with their Hashimoto's. I think it's wise to jump into blood sugar balancing as a strategy. I've given you the information on how to do that in this program through the nutritional protocols. This is something that I would recommend that you do from a personal standpoint. If you are the type of person that needs to see it on a paper, then you can absolutely do an adrenal saliva test. I used to do those with all of my clients, but after a certain point, I could draw their adrenal results out just based on the symptoms they were having, so I stopped doing those tests. Also, the founder of my favorite company for doing them passed away. He was an older gentleman and his family decided to close down the company and focus on some other things. So long story short, I would really focus on blood sugar balance. I think it will be a game changer for you. Also, many of the symptoms do overlap between Hashimoto’s and adrenal fatigue.
