Do you want to have really great energy? Do you want to have better sleep? Do you want to have a better mood? Is it maybe pain in your body that's an issue, or libido? These are the markers of your own healing journey.
In this program, over the course of the years, about 80% of the people that follow the recommendations feel significantly better within four weeks. Then you’ll want to maintain the habits that make you feel good. For example, if you find that taking time to yourself, or doing things that you enjoy, or living in a clutter-free house makes you feel great, then don't go back to doing things you hate, etc.
