A: Many of us can lose some momentum, and we have a guide in the portal that may be helpful. It’s the Tips for Staying the Course Guide, located under the Handouts tab. There are mindset tips that can help us commit to our healing journey and stay committed. For example, “Remember Your Why”: why did you embark on a specific program, protocol, diet, workout routine, etc? The reasons behind our goals may need to be remembered along the way to keep us motivated and committed. Maybe doing some journaling can help with this.
If the program has been beneficial and you have made some progress, you will hopefully continue with it at your own pace.
