Depending on where you live, I lived in Los Angeles for a little while, there are actually meal prep companies that make things very economical because this is what they do on a large scale. There are also restaurants that can support you with meal prep as well. I utilized True Food Kitchen for that where I would buy things for meal prep. This was when I was very overwhelmed having a really young child during the pandemic.
