If you need portion guidance, I recommend that you use an app such as "My Fitness Pal" (as long as it's not triggering for you), so that you can determine what the best ratios are for you.
Along with getting your ideal protein intake each day, you may also want to ensure that you are eating enough veggies to fill your plate (as many as you can tolerate).
In general, I recommend having 1-2 tablespoons of fats per meal. This will help keep you satiated and your blood sugars stable. This should also help you carry on until your next meal.
