A: Smoothies can be made a day in advance and refrigerated for up to 24 hours. After that, the produce in the smoothie may start to ferment and it could have an off taste. However, if you've been consuming them after 2-3 days without any issues, then it might be okay, but we recommend 24 hours. Anything longer than 24 hours should be frozen instead, but in that case you’ll want to add in the protein powder right before consuming the smoothie and blend it again. Also, if you need to freeze a smoothie, first try a small one and see how you like it once it thaws as freezing may affect the texture.
