A: We are avoiding the beans and grains during the program due to their high carb content. They may impact blood sugar levels, so we definitely want to keep our levels intact and in balance. And then also there could be potential for sensitivities, so we also want to keep them out in order not to further stress our body internally by eating foods that could potentially be reactive.
After the program, you can resume eating them and keeping them in your regular diet if you do well with them, but during the program, we ask that you keep them out. If you do consume them, you may just have less desirable results than others in the program.
