A: I generally recommend that people eat until they're satisfied. I find that some people, myself included, have had issues with blood sugar. If they don’t eat a big enough dinner, they wake up in the middle of the night because the body needs more calories at bedtime.
There are some diet templates that are going to be set up for people to follow, but they may not be appropriate for everybody. Therefore, I recommend that you follow what is working for your body. You would definitely want to make sure you're eating enough protein and fat before dinner. I think Dr. Alan Christianson focused on something called the Adrenal Reset Diet, where he had a specific plan in which he recommended eating some carbs at dinner.
