A: Food and lifestyle are fundamental for our overall health, including thyroid and adrenals. When it comes to nutrition, avoiding foods that can trigger autoimmunity and symptoms, such as gluten for example, is very important. Equally important is to add in foods that help us lower inflammation, balance our blood sugar, that are nutrient-dense, and that can nourish our adrenals. That is why we eat the way we do during the program.
Lifestyle changes are also very important, so we work on our stress levels, sleep quality, mood, anxiety, the right kind of exercise… It all comes together to make sure that we approach our health holistically and effectively all the way to the root causes, not just by addressing symptoms with some medication or a quick fix.
