A: This can definitely be a pattern that works for some people, to have a really big breakfast and have a really big lunch, and then have a smaller dinner, but it isn't necessarily a core component of the Adrenal Transformation Program. We do try to shift a lot of your calories into daytime hours to help you get more circadian balance, so when it's dark your body can really prioritize getting some rest, healing and sleeping.
It is not necessarily required for you to have a small evening dinner. I would say you can continue working with your family and cooking dinner together. I think that's a fantastic idea. Perhaps making some more choices of lowering your carbohydrate intake and making sure you're getting plenty of good proteins and fats. I think that's going to be beneficial to everybody in the family.
