A: Throughout this program, we will be following the Root Cause Paleo Diet, which excludes grains, dairy, soy, legumes (except for green beans and pea protein), sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods. If you would like to continue following another healing diet that has worked for you, while completing the program, you can choose to do so; however, we recommend that you do not consume these foods if they are included in your current healing diet.
Please note that most program members will be following the Root Cause Paleo Diet. To avoid confusion in the Facebook group, please email my support team if you have questions regarding the more advanced diets.
