A: We have quite a few relaxing teas during the program. It just depends on what piques your interest. I will list them here:
Chamomile - promotes sleep
Lemon Balm - may help reduce stress and anxiety
Tulsi/Holy Basil - helps reduce stress and anxiety, but it can also give you energy. It just provides a very clear, calm feeling.
Passionflower - promotes sleep and may lessen anxiety
Licorice Root Tea - stress reduction (not to be used with a history of high blood pressure)
Rose Hip Tea - high in vitamin C; anti-inflammatory properties
Peppermint Tea - supports digestion; antiviral
Ginger Tea - boosts the immune system; antioxidant
Hibiscus Tea - antioxidant; antiviral
