A: The adrenal support recipes guide, as well as the slow cooker recipes guide (both found in the Recipes tab of the portal) are intended to be guides. You do not have to limit yourself to only meals from the Recipes tab. What’s important is that you follow the dietary guidelines outlined in this program, as they are meant to help support our adrenals and blood sugar levels.
I have tons of other recipes on my website as well - simply search for keyword “recipes” on my website. Most are compliant with this program. However, you will want to avoid any that call for grains or legumes.
You may also want to check out my Hashimoto's Food Pharmacology cookbook for more recipes, as most of the recipes in it are compliant with the Adrenal Transformation Program, or can be modified to be.
Lastly, you can do a Google search for more Paleo recipes online. For example, if you're craving pasta, you can look up “Paleo pasta”, and you may find a recipe for pasta made out of spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
