A: Since it tends to disappear within 10 minutes this could be due to the time it takes for your brain to receive the message of satiety. The amount of time it takes for your brain to register that your stomach is full can vary, and it may take up to 20 minutes, so this seems plausible.
However, should it feel too intense to resist, you may want to have a small amount of nuts, which would be crunchy and savory and possibly satisfy your craving and gives you that boost of fats and protein as well.
